Grazina Belian, Deputy Director of the Drug, Tobacco and Alcohol Control Department. Responsible for alcohol, tobacco and drugs control policy development, implementation and enforcement arrangements, according to her competence, her work to coordinate other state and municipal authorities in the field of alcohol and tobacco control, advise operators of alcohol and tobacco control issues, submit proposals to the Government of the Lithuania, Lithuanian Parliament members, Committees and the Commission’s on alcohol and tobacco control policies and priorities of this performance improvement, ensure cooperation with non-governmental organizations working in this field.
From 2012 freelance Parliamentary Health Committee adviser.
In 2016 has been awarded by European Network for Smoking and Tobacco Prevention (ENSP) as excellent in tobacco control.
