Dr. Christine Baluci MD, MSc (Public Health) is a Public Health Specialist working within the DEH (Ministry for Health) since 2009 and has led the transposition and implementation of the Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40/EU in Malta. The Ministry for Health has designated Dr. Baluci as Project Manager for JATC.
