Present position: Specialist Director for Science and Health Analysis, Division of Infectious Disease Control and Environmental Medicine; Norwegian Institute of Public Health. Per Schwarze has worked for more than 25 years in the field of indoor and outdoor pollution and noise and has published more than 200 papers or book chapters. International projects on Environment and Health: RAIAP, ESCAPE, HELIX, ELAPSE, NordicWelfAir. Sino – Norwegian project on air pollution in China, Russian-Norwegian collaboration on the health effects of nanoparticles and human biomonitoring. Involved in national reports on snus and e-cigarettes. Associated editor of Particle Fibre Toxicology.
