Born in March 04, 1976 in Tallinn Estonia. Has Bachelor degree from University of Tartu on the field of chemistry (1998) and Master of Sciences degree from the same university on the field of biochemistry (2000). After that she worked 3 years as a patent attorney’s assistant and then three years as a scientific coworker in the private scientific company. Research fields were peptide-based cancer medicines. Since 2007 she have been working in Estonian Health Board where task is to coordinate market surveillance for biocides, detergents and since 2016 also for tobacco products and to fulfill the obligations of the CA of tobacco products.
