CÉCILE MICHEL

After a PhD thesis and a postdoc on the identification of biomarkers of hepatic and renal toxicity of certain drugs, Cécile Michel has been working at ANSES for more than 10 years. She is in charge of the unit implementing REACh Regulation on chemicals safety for FRANCE, and the French Strategy on Endocrine Disruptors. She is part of ANSES’s scientific council, elected from the staff. She is a member of the Expert Group on Endocrine Disruptors at the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). She has been a member of the Nanomaterials Working Group and is now appointed as an expert on the JATC WP9 panel tasked to assess the enhanced studies about priority additives.
