Armando Peruga
Associate Researcher
Armando Peruga, MD, MPH, DrPH, is an associate researcher at the ICO Tobacco Control Unit and the Biomedical Research Institute of Bellvitge (IDIBELL).
His main areas of research include smoke-free environments and tobacco imagery in entertainment products, as well as tobacco, and nicotine product regulation. Previously, he was the program manager of the Tobacco-Free Initiative at WHO and previously the regional advisor for tobacco control in the Pan American Health Organization.
