Coordination’s Team and Ministry of Interior and Health of Denmark (MoH-DK), Denmark
The Ministry of Interior and Health of Denmark is responsible for defining the overall framework for the national healthcare system and health-related social services for the elderly. The Danish Ministry of Health is responsible for the legislation implementing the Tobacco Products Directive and legislation on advertising, sponsorship and promotion of tobacco and e-cigarettes as well as tasks related to the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC). The Ministry is a member of the Expert Group on Tobacco Policy (Commission and EU Member States). MoH-DK is also responsible for work package 1, the coordination of JATC2.
