Deirdre O’Shea
Senior Environmental Health Officer
Deirdre O’Shea, Senior Environmental Health Officer, M.Sc. (Occupational Health and Ergonomics). Works with the Environmental Health Service in Ireland, and has been with the National Tobacco Control Operational Unit since 2016. In her work with the competent authority and market surveillance authority, she has covered many aspects of TPD, including carrying out inspections to achieve Key Performance Indicators, responding to queries, RAPEX alerts, developing, and maintaining protocols.
