Enrico Davoli
Head of the Laboratory of Mass Spectrometry
Enrico Davoli (ScD, male), Coordinator of the Mass Spectrometry Center for Health and Environment, Head of the Laboratory of Mass Spectrometry.
He has a Doctoral Degree in Animal Sciences (University of Milan, 1983), Post-doctoral fellow at the University of Nebraska (1987-1988, Lincoln, NE), regular fellow at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Centre (1988, Denver, CO).
Member of WHO Tobacco Laboratory Network, TobLabNet, of the Italian Mass Spectrometry Society (Past President, 2020), of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry (Environmental Interest Group Coordinator, 2008-2009).
His main research areas are on the development of methodology, instrumentation and software for environmental research. Studies of air pollution and characterization of environmental odour annoyance. Mass spectrometry Imaging methodologies and analysis of tissues. Tobacco products studies on e-liquids and HTPs emissions exposure and toxicity. He is author of 111 scientific publications, h-index: 30 (Scopus, April 2022).
