Grazina Belian, DTACD deputy director is responsible for alcohol, tobacco and drugs control policy development, implementation and enforcement arrangements.
According to her competence, her work to coordinate other state and municipal authorities in the field of alcohol and tobacco control, advice operators of alcohol and tobacco control issues, submit proposals to the Government of the Lithuania.
Lithuanian Parliament members, Committees and the Commission’s on alcohol and tobacco control policies and priorities of this performance improvement, ensure cooperation with non-governmental organizations working in this field.
From January 2020, she is the head of State public health promotion fund.
