Analysation and evaluation of applications and documents submitted by legal persons for an issuing of permits to buy and use non-denatured or denatured ethyl alcohol; preparation of drafts of the documents related to the issuing of permits to buy and use non-denatured or denatured ethyl alcohol; gathering information and analysing of data concerning sale and use of non-denatured ethyl alcohol and denatured ethyl alcohol; submitting summarized data to the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance; providing consultations on issues related to the licensing of alcohol products.
