Martin Gutternigg, Senior expert in the AGES. Studied at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences, Vienna and holds a Master’s Degree in Food- and Biotechnology and a PhD of the Institute of Biochemie. 2009 he entered the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety as Deputy Head of Department for Food Ingredients and Food Additives at the Institute for Food Safety Vienna. He is responsible for development and support of analytical methods for Food, Cosmetics and Tobacco.
