Head of Health Research Institute
Mindaugas Štelemėkas is a PhD in biomedical sciences public health, currently works as a head of Health Research Institute and a lecturer at the Department of Preventive Medicine at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Faculty of Public Health. He is also a board member of Lithuanian Tobacco and Alcohol Control Coalition since 2010, and since 2014 is a member of the Commitee of The Assessment of Health Care Technologies at the Lithuanian Ministry of Health.
