Monika Schagerl

Monika Schagerl studied at the University of Applied Sciences in Krems, Austria and holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management. 2005 she entered the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety and was working as process manager in the Unit for Organisation & IT. In 2009 she became head of the department “Data Management”. With her team of nine persons she is responsible for the Content management of AGES laboratory software (LISA) from data maintenance to connecting lab equipment as well as for collection, collation, analysis and summarization of data and allocation to internal customers as well as national and international authorities.
