Noel Donnelly
Principal Environmental Health Officer
Noel Donnelly graduated with a Diploma in Health Inspection in 1982. He also holds a Diploma in Health and Safety from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Noise and Acoustics from the University of Ulster.
Since qualifying in 1982, he has worked in Ireland as an Environmental Health Officer and is currently a Principal Environmental Health Officer with the Health Service Executive.
Since 2019, he has a National Environmental Health role as lead Principal Environmental Health Officer role for Environmental Health Service support covering the areas of the Environmental Health Information System, CPD and Research, Environmental Health Service Protocols and Health and Safety.
