OLENA TIGOVA

Olena (MSc, MPH) is the Scientific Project Manager of the Tobacco Control Unit of the Catalan Institute of Oncology. She is currently collaborating in international projects that aim to assess the secondhand exposure to cigarette smoke and aerosols of electronic cigarettes (TackSHS Project) and impact of the European Tobacco Products Directive (Eurest-Plus project) among others. Olena has previous research experience in the area of public health and epidemiology (School of Public Health and AIDS Alliance, Kiev), health inequalities (Center for Health Equity Studies, Stockholm and the Center for Research on Health and Economics, Barcelona) and care coordination (Center for Research in Healthcare Innovation Management, Barcelona).
