The Oncologic network prevention and research Institute (ISPRO) belongs to the Tuscany Region Health System.

ISPRO main aim is to promote and study primary, secondary and tertiary cancer prevention interventions and to organize and coordinate pathways of research programmes, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation inoncology, in collaboration with Hospitals and Local Health Units of the Regional Health System.

Main research areas of the ISPRO Tobacco Control Team (TCT) include monitoring tobacco smoking, second-hand smoke (SHS) exposure, use of electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products in Italy, and conducting evaluation studies on tobacco control interventions and policies.

ISPRO-TCT, led by Giuseppe Gorini, is currently composed of one post-doc researcher (Giulia Carreras), and has been and is currently involved in several Italian and European study projects, and collaborates with distinguished national and international experts in the field of tobacco control.

For JATC-2, ISPRO team has to recruit a researcher that will work in collaboration with Giuseppe Gorini and Giulia Carreras.
