Responsible for organizing and coordinating of alcohol, tobacco and drugs precursors licensing division activity, expert of the EC group on Drug precursors, responsible for issuing permits, licenses and registrations for drug precursors, submitting data to European drug precursors database, responsible for analyzation and evaluation reports to the European Commission common entry gate data on tobacco products intended for sale in the Republic of Lithuania, providing consultations on issues related to the licensing of alcohol products, tobacco products and drug precursors.
